We’ve never visited the location before.

That’s perfectly alright. Please familiarize yourself with the map of the location by checking online. Also make a note of where the car parks and toilets are.

What will be happening on the day of the photo-shoot?

It will be a location photo shoot outdoors or in your own home. It will be a relaxed and informal session.  There will not be much awkward posing, as candid pictures are more my style! I want you to be yourselves and enjoy your family time just as you would if you were at the park for a day out. Babies and toddlers can’t always be told how to pose. I will let them be themselves and I will take pictures by anticipating their moves and being ready for the moments. Bring food and drinks for the kids. If they have any small toys that are their favourite, it is a good idea to bring those too.

What time is best for the photo-shoot?

The best time that you can schedule the photo shoot is when your child is fed and well rested. Kids tire quickly compared to adults and it is necessary for us to prioritize their needs first.

What should we wear for the photo shoot?

I recommend wearing what you are comfortable with. Please read this article with detailed suggestions and tips on how you can plan your outfits for the photo session.
